This is BS, the government odering for qualified engineers on some of the on-going projects?
We have seen for so many years that the government itself on many of its construction projects, does not even have qualified engineers.
Many of its District Engineers are those who climbed the ladder due to long experience as being Technicians.
If we are serious on this let the government change all its District Engineers first and make sure that all of its Engineers are Registered by ERB. We have 400 engineers that can be posted to all those districts, Municipals and Cities and keep the good works - instead of all these shady works that we are seeing day in day out.
